Bala IS a courteous GEM. He helped me locate the bus stop for my trip downtown. The hotel offered complimentary newspapers each morning. The room included a refrigerator to store my beverages. I appreciate the quiet atmosphere and restful nights.
i noticed a slight delay during check-in, though the staff quickly resolved it.

the room was lovely, it had a very updated feel. the gym looked pretty great with modern equipment. the bed was comfortable, it ensured we slept peacefully.
the rooms lighting were a little dim, difficult to read at night.

the room was clean. the bathroom was tidy, and the amenities were nice. i appreciated that the hotel provided a bus route map! it made getting around easier.
there was a bit of noise coming from what sounded like an air conditioning unit. it was noticeable, especially at night. i had some difficulty sleeping because of that noise.

The breakfast offered many choices, including hot and cold items. i tried the scrambled eggs and sausages. The staff regularly refilled the buffet station. the restaurant seating area was spacious and well-lit.

the front desk staff were very helpful with directions. they were always available to answer questions. the housekeeping staff kept the room very tidy and were responsive when i requested extra towels.
